Jordan Sgro
Owner & Founder
Jordan was born and raised in a small town named Blairsville, 45 minutes east of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. At the age of 16, he moved away from home to live with a host family to play junior hockey. He also played junior hockey in Texas, Oklahoma, New York, Wyoming, and Ontario. Jordan went on to play Division 1 college hockey at the University of Central Oklahoma, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
Throughout his career in the workforce and in hockey, Jordan has gained much knowledge in leadership, persuasion, and teamwork. In his free time he enjoys golfing and hanging out with his team.
Christopher Sgro
Recruiter
Christopher Sgro is a member of the NLC Direct team, where he is involved in supporting day-to-day operations, client engagement, and overall team performance initiatives. His professional background includes experience in sales and customer-facing roles, where he has worked closely with clients, contributed to revenue-driving efforts, and supported internal processes that keep teams running efficiently. Christopher has developed a strong understanding of fast-paced, performance-based environments and plays an active role in helping projects move from initial engagement through execution.
He currently resides in Wenonah, New Jersey with his wife. Outside of work, Christopher enjoys sports and video games, often spending his free time following his favorite teams or competing with friends.
