Our Entry-Level Sales Representatives are the engine of NLC Direct. You’ll work directly with customers on behalf of leading brands in the telecommunications and retail industries, building relationships and driving new account growth through face-to-face sales.
This isn’t a role for people looking for an easy ride. It’s a role for people who want to develop real skills, earn based on their performance, and fast-track their way into leadership. We provide the training — you bring the drive.

Management Trainee
Leadership Isn’t Given Here. It’s Earned.
Our Management Training Program is designed to develop well-rounded business leaders — not just great salespeople. Trainees are immersed in every aspect of the operation, from sales and customer service to team development, human resources, finance, and client relations.
The goal is straightforward: take high-performing individuals and build them into managers capable of running their own markets. Some graduates take on leadership roles here in Fort Myers. Others have gone on to open and manage offices in new markets across the country. Every path is merit-based and entirely yours to define.

Internship / Co-op
Real Experience. Not Coffee Runs.
Our internship program is built for students who want to graduate with more than a degree — they want a head start. NLC Direct interns work alongside our team in a hands-on environment, developing customer acquisition skills, sitting in on client meetings, and getting an unfiltered look at how a growing sales organization operates.
Internships are available year-round across fall, spring, and summer semesters, and are eligible for academic credit. High-performing interns are regularly offered full-time positions upon graduation.
We actively recruit from Florida Southwestern State College, Florida Gulf Coast University, and other colleges across Southwest Florida.
